Help! I am applying the following "Last Seen exactly 2 ago" and then "Last seen more than 1 day ago and Last Seen less than 3 days ago" why is it returning a different number of users since both filter groups are targeting users last seen 2 days ago

Hey @lisa b13 👋

Happy to clarify this one for you. I spoke to the Product engineer on this and this can be explained by:

First seen exactly 2 days ago => From 48 to 24 hours ago (24 hour range)

First seen more than 1 day ago => Up to 24 hours ago

First seen less than 3 days ago => From 72 hours ago to now (72 hour range)

Combining the last two gives: From 72 to 24 hours ago (48 hour range). So when you combine the last two, you’re covering a 48 hour period, as opposed to a 24 hour period. Hence, different results.

Hope this helps 🙌
