My workspace is not updating with the new feature, Tickets.

Only workspaces that are fully migrated (not hybrid migrated) to the New Inbox will automatically have access to Tickets. Workspaces that still have access to the old Inbox will not have access to it until fully migrated. You can request to migrate by contacting us through the Messenger 👌
