I know that I can create an attribute and update daily via API, but for that I have to use my technology team, is there a way to use a formula? Like trial_end_date - today()?
Any tips on how to achieve that would be awesome :D

This banner was not created with the Banner feature in Intercom but it was built internally in the app's code. I believe it just uses a simple formula such as
trial_countdown = trial_end_date - today_date Currently, it is not possible to have a sort of "countdown clock" on an Outbound Banner in Intercom, and it looks like the template Event Announcement is the closest we have to what you're looking for. It only has a static date, but would let your users know what day the trial ends.
However, I will pass this along to our @Product Wishlist so our Product Team is aware you'd like to see this in the future.
