Hi, how can I submit feedback to you about Intercom's support articles and formatting limitations?

I'd really love to have more formatting options for our company's support articles. Being able to change font color, underline, indent, highlight, adjust font size - more robust bullet and automatic numbering options - adding text boxes and being able to adjust the background color. These are all things that would improve the readability of our articles.

These are all really popular feature requests we have on our @Product Wishlist​ so I'll go ahead and mark them as a +1 for you. The product team reviews all feature requests we get and we spend a lot of time researching and working on new features. Thank you very much for sharing feedback with us.

Just adding on, being able to edit font color and having more robust numbering options would help us substantially as well. As an example, the numbering option doesn't "break" across paragraphs, so if we want to add images/gifs to example "Step 1," we have to manually add the numbering because when you hit enter in the article editor, the auto-numbering breaks. So +1 from me on the wishlist as well!

Hey @user1628​, you can actually use the numbering with images! Just write your text, then insert an image with CTRL + V. This will insert the image right under the text you've just written. Now select the image and then press enter to add another number to the list. Here is an example ⬇️ image.png
