Hi

Does the integration pass customer phone numbers to Intercom?

All of my Shopify customer on Intercom are without a phone number.

Phone number isn't one of the data that gets imported to Intercom from Shopify -- you can see the list of data that does get imported here. A Shopify user will be converted to an Intercom user/lead with the following attributes:

  • id => user_id
  • name => name
  • email => email
  • created_at => created_at (for leads)
  • created_at => signed_up_at (for users)
  • orders_count => shopify_orders_count
  • total_spent => shopify_total_spent
  • last_order_name => shopify_last_order_name
  • accepts_marketing => shopify_accepts_marketing
  •  

To get the Phone number over to Intercom, you could add it via one of the methods we offer for getting data into Intercom:
