Messenger not closing! Our customers cannot close the messenger when they open it. It happens sometimes not always. We have reproduced the issue only 1 time. Did you face this issue? What can be the reason?

Our team found from the video provided it looked like the messenger might be installed more than once, which might be why the end user is having trouble closing the messenger.
