I'm trying to download a report from the API. I retrieve the data after 24 h which gives me a "500 server error", although the documentation says data is available for several days and I don't launch another job in the meantime.

First, I create a job using https://api.intercom.io/export/content/data/p>

I receive a job ID.

If I retrieve the data as soon as it's available, there's no problem. (retrieving the data is using https://api.intercom.io/download/content/data/my_job_id.

However 24h later, the job identifier doesn't work anymore. I get back an internal server error (500). The documentation says data should remain available for download for much longer (several days). Also I didn't launch a different job in the meantime, so I don't understand why the data retrieval is broken.

Hey @bruno d Racheal from the support engineer team here👋

It looks like we mention here all jobs that have completed processing (and are thus available to download from the provided URL) will have an expiry limit of two days from when the export job is completed. After this, the data will no longer be available. I realize in your case it's only been about 24 hours, could you write into the support team so we can look into this for you? If you could send over the request_id that would be really helpful!

Hi @racheal , thanks,

I have a job ID of 10h33 ago: azzldhejyd7n7mjd

It returns me the 500 internal server error. Can you check this ID, or tell me how to reach out to the support team ?

Thanks
