Is it possible to revert to the "old" inbox view for chat?

The new view seriously really reduces the visibility of the things my team needs access to fastest.

Hiya,

If your inbox has been fully migrated over, the option to revert will no longer be there by the looks. (from this article - https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/6274899-get-started-with-the-next-gen-inbox

 

If you are fully moved over it might be worth letting the Intercom team know what improvements you'd like by outlining them in the @Product Wishlist​ group. 

PLEASE! ENABLE THE OLD INBOX VIEW. Much easier and faster than the new one.
