I want toh know how can I migrate/sync articles from Freshdesk to Intercom?

At the moment, we don't provide a way to import article content from Freshdesk. If you are able to export your current articles into a suitable format, you could use our REST API's Create an Article endpoint to create/update articles! I know it's not as clean as a built-in solution, though I'm afraid this just isn't something we have right now.
