Hey @lisa b13​ 👋

 

Yes, you can now set up away mode if your teammates are out of office, you can do this in Settings > Inbox Settings > Automatic Away Mode 👇

Does this require specific upgrades, when I go into settings as an Admin these options are not listed.

Hi @JenM -- Cam from the Intercom Support team here. 

At present, access to the Automatic Away Mode feature is only available on certain subscription packages - if you see the “Get feature” button and details when you land on the page then yes, there is an upgrade that you’ll need to action. You can click on the purple “Get Feature” button to see the details around what type of upgrade would be needed (clicking on the button doesn’t immediately opt you into or action anything just in case thats a concern👍)
