Ideally looking for a couple online public apps that do this well and any good tips to ensure we're collecting good data at launch but can also handle unknown volume.
At launch, I would like to just have the option for users to send an email when contacting support (mostly due to unknown volume). I still want the mobile sdk tied into the app and collecting user data.
